Upon subscribing, you have the freedom to add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue. These requests will then be taken care of one by one, guaranteeing that each
receives dedicated attention and timely delivery.

On average, a simple 3D modeling can be completed in just three working days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Our Pause Feature offers you control and transparency in managing your subscription. With this feature, you can temporarily halt our services while still keeping track of progress. Your account will display a progress bar, updating daily, allowing you to monitor each working day’s contributions. If the total working days fall short of your subscription duration, we’ll automatically extend your subscription accordingly, ensuring you receive the full value of your investment. It’s a seamless way to optimize your experience with our services.

No worries! I’ll continue to revise the design until you’re satisfied. Revisions are 100% FREE!

We’re happy to make adjustments to your project at no additional cost. When we say “revisions,” we mean changes that make up less than 60% of the work already done on your project. If your requested changes go beyond this limit, we’ll treat it as a new project. Our aim is to keep things straightforward and ensure your satisfaction.

We welcome a wide range of file formats to facilitate the optimal outcome of your project. While we accept all types of files that contribute to the project’s success, our preferences align with the following:

  • Floor Plans (in CAD Format or PDF)
  • Various 3D file formats
  • Inspirational Images

Should you have any uncertainties, we encourage you to include all available materials you possess, ensuring comprehensive support for your project’s success.

It’s important to note that delays caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters or other exceptional circumstances are exempt. Rest assured, in the rare event of emergencies on our end, we will promptly communicate and address the situation to minimize any inconvenience.
