No. These are commercial documents — proposals, invoices, change orders and delivery notes. They are not a substitute for a service agreement reviewed by a lawyer in your jurisdiction.

Can I change the payment terms?

Yes. Deposit percentage, payment window and revision policy are editable fields rather than fixed text.

Do they work outside the US and UK?

The structure does. Currency, tax fields and any local invoicing requirements are yours to adapt.
