Photorealistic renderings

The brief

Workplace design has changed: desks alone no longer justify the commute. An office now has to offer something the kitchen table cannot — focus when it is needed, collaboration when it is not, and a reason to actually come in. [Add the client and brief.]

That makes the visualisation part of the argument. Leadership, staff and finance all have to agree on a space none of them has stood in, and each of them is looking for something different in the picture.

Our approach

We built the floor as a whole rather than as isolated vignettes, so the relationship between zones is legible — where the quiet work happens, where people gather, how far it is between them, and how daylight reaches the middle of the plan.

Materials and planting were kept honest to specification, and the space was populated at realistic occupancy rather than showroom-empty, because an office that only looks good with nobody in it is not a persuasive image. Meeting rooms, breakout and reception were rendered as one consistent set. [Add the specification, lighting and revision rounds.]

The result

Photorealistic renderings across the open-plan area, meeting rooms, breakout and reception. [Add what was delivered and the outcome.]

For a workplace project the renders usually outlive the pitch — they get reused for internal change communication, recruitment and letting material long after the design is signed off.
