What's included in a documentation package?
Typically the FF&E schedule with full specifications, spec sheets for millwork, fixtures and lighting, a finish schedule coordinated with plan tags, and the presentation-ready package your client signs. Everything arrives editable — Excel, InDesign or your own templates, never just PDFs.
What do you need from me to start?
Six things: the approved layout, verified measurements, selections with product codes, mood references, budget guardrails, and a named decision-maker. Send what you have — part of the service is telling you exactly what's missing before work begins.
Can you work in our templates and standards?

How fast is turnaround?
Most packages return first drafts in days, not weeks — and the time zones work for you: brief us at your 5pm, and drafts are waiting at your 9am. Dates are agreed before we start, in writing, and honored.
